We have been extremely well satisfied with the work of Marcus, who is a rare individual in this part of the country, in that he understands Heat Pump systems. Marcus is a good listener and was interested in the temperature log we kept, during the time we had issues with our system. We found him very willing to take a deep dive, figuratively speaking, in order to get to the root cause of the heating issue. Pleasant and accommodating, we look forward to having Marcus help us with any other heating system difficulties. We also found Weldon, the Service Manager, and Trevor, the Operations Manager, to be helpful and empathetic with our difficulty. I anticipate using Camflo Heating and Cooling for all of our maintenance and repair needs for our heating and cooling needs in the future.
Great service…called at 9AM about a faulty thermostat. Kirby arrived at 3:30PM same day. Problem solved. Very satisfied

I called Camflo because our furnace wasn’t working right. They had someone here within the hour to fix it. I have met a lot of their technicians and they are all very nice. They tell you what is wrong. I like how they send a text to let us know who the technician will be with a picture and you can go see how soon they will arrive at your house. Glad we switched to Camflo. Thanks for all you do and your help.
Always great service
From the first call when our furnace quit working they came that evening to check it out and let us know exactly what was wrong and they were very professional and courteous and polite! From the beginning let us know what size of furnace to installing was so efficient and smooth I would recommend Camflo to anyone even if it’s just service you will be treated with professional and courteous service!
