Woke up without heat and by the end of the day Camflo had made two trips to our house since they let us run after our own parts to ensure we had heat over a cold weekend. Called after hours for furnace not working. They arrived within an hour diagnosed the problem and had it working in no time. Paul (service tech) was very polite and knowledgeable. Called the folks at Camflo heating and cooling at 930 pm thursday night after those 2 record low days with a broken furnace. They were prompt on callin back and within 30 mins arrived to fix it. Camflo came out on the coldest day of the year (-14 deg F) to trouble shoot why my furnace quit working overnight. It took several hours to find and fix and lots of trips out in the cold. It turned out to be a regulator near the gas meter that had frozen. Thanks for seeing it through. Excellent job!
