Brian let us know when he would be arriving. He performed the maintenance on two furnaces and humidifiers, and explained all he had done. We promptly received our invoice with details of the service.

Brian Phillips was one of the most interesting techs because he explained everything thoroughly and he followed through. He did his job. He was clean, neat and he was factual. I really appreciate Trevor sending him as my tech for my furnace. It was a joy to work with him.
We had them out to work on furnace and heat pump . They replaced a transformer and said I needed new thermostat. We did that ourselves because of the cost . Then if would not work . Carter came out and found that transformer was not wired correctly and that thermostat was wrong so the heatpump was not working. Carter fixed it all . They make right on their mistakes and are honest! Carter told the truth and I appreciate that more than ever ! God bless you Carter and this business! Thanks for getting right on it also !
