Quality experience all around from start to finish. Will continue to use this company on my homes and rentals from here out. The house in Lebanon is 54 years old and has had 2 furnaces prior to this one just installed and the ducts have never been cleaned out! WOW what a difference in the flow through the house and the piece of mind that not continuously recycling the dirt and debris in the system. We are very happy with the service provided by Carter/Camflo. Easy to schedule a service call; technician arrived on time and quickly determined problem. Took initiative to assess and obtain warranty coverage of equipment that needed replacement.
Every time they come to a service call or just for cleaning very professional always attentive to my house very polite enjoy the experience. The technicians are always well educated about the system and what is needed educate me as a homeowner on what I can do.
I have totally enjoyed working with Jacoby and now Jordan. Both men are very respectful, explain everything that they are doing or plan to do. Very impressed with their service.
Once the needed part for a Kohler fixture was located, it was a quick fix. As usual, the Camflo employee was courteous and got the job completed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Camflo for their plumbing and heating expertise.
From beginning to end, the experience was great! The installers were absolutely the best. They were clean, courteous, and personable. The professionalism that they showed will definitely continue on to other projects. The days that were designated to do the install the temperature was in the high 90s every day and there was of course attic work And crawlspace work which added to the complexity of this install. They did an absolute awesome job. We will highly recommend them to anyone looking for the services that this company provides and look forward to continuing with their maintenance program in the years to come Allen Luper.

I have been doing the monthly service contract
for about 2 years.
They make it so easy they contact you summer & winter for your maintenance.
All you pay for is any parts and no charge on the visit. Same thing if i call them out to my home for service.
Justin was out yesterday for my furnace maintenance. Such a great guy with my kids and dogs.
Honestly, I'd like a Camflo plumbing. A camflo electric. I'd like to have them for all of my household repairs.
