Carter was very nice and professional, answered all my questions satisfactorily. Unfortunately wasn't able to get my water heater flushed out with a simple flushing. Because we have not had it flushed in 6 years of using it was determined there was quite a bit of sediment in it which caused the popping noise. We decided to put off any further maintenance or repair and look at getting a new water heater in the future. Thanks for all your help in this matter Camflo! We will be using you in the future.
