Brian and Malachi were terrific. Great job, professional, took time to explain every step of the way and answered questions that I had. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable services. Also, would like to say that Jacoby cleaned our furnace previously and did a great job, explaining thoroughly issues we may have and what changes we can make in the future regarding humidifier and allergy filters.
Recently had a mini split system put into our home. Everyone at Camflo was easy to work with and the process couldn’t have been easier. I can’t recall the installers names but they did a terrific job working around my schedule and getting the work done. I can’t recommend Camflo enough. Also a big thanks to Reuben for all his work and to Sydney for keeping me informed on when everything was coming in.
Technicians who installed dual-zone control board onto our AC system were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They answered all of our questions about the new equipment as well as other optional add-ons for us to consider. We will continue using Camflo for all our HVAC needs.
Justin came to the house to service my air conditioner last week, and he had been there previously. On both visits I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. On the previous visit, I really appreciated the way he routed a new waste water line while installing a new pump for the furnace. He followed existing pipes as much as possible, and made it as unobtrusive and invisible as possible, which was wonderful. Thank you to Justin and Camflo Heating and Cooling for another job well done!
Kirby was an excellent service person. He was courteous and succinct. He stuck with the issue until he discovered the problem. He gave me advance information as to what I might need. Turned out it was something simpler he discovered and corrected it. He stayed until he was sure that the thermostat would recognize and turn on the air conditioner again. He also encouraged the home office to move my regularly scheduled maintenance date a month sooner. I shared my excellent experience with my fiancé and asked him if he could believe it. He said with CamFlo? Yes.

Tech was on time anf arrived as promised. Told him our problem and hr exçlained what he was hpimg go do to get my air going again. Seemed knowledgible businesslike. Fixed described problem, and found another problem. Fixed that as well and was on his way in less than an hour.
